Responsibilities

  • Lead efforts in embedded system design to solve complex, multidisciplinary challenges and support long-term growth in storage density and performance.
  • Advance servo code and electronic architecture to support emerging hard disk drive capabilities.
  • Detect software and hardware configurations that create technical obstacles or slow development progress.
  • Create and deploy effective solutions within hard disk drive systems to resolve design challenges.
  • Conduct thorough validation and verification of system designs.
  • Contribute to pioneering developments in multi-actuator and parallel processing technologies for hard disk drives.
  • Collaborate in an innovative, inclusive setting that promotes the deployment of new technologies in large-scale production environments.

Compensation

The base salary range is $74,610.00 - $106,689.00, with actual pay influenced by work location, skills, experience, and education.
