About the Role
We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Consultant with proven experience in software application development and client engagement. This individual should be a confident communicator, capable of advising stakeholders, leading implementations, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate is adaptable, focused on quality delivery, and experienced in ServiceNow, IT service management, and ITIL frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical and functional authority on project teams.
- Engage in ServiceNow initiatives involving solution design, code review, best practices, and strategic recommendations.
- Develop and deploy complex, scalable solutions aligned with client business needs.
- Customize and roll out tailored applications or modules on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with clients in workshops to evaluate existing workflows and define future operational models.
- Oversee and conduct unit testing of code produced by client or partner resources.
- Guide organizations in leveraging platform capabilities to enhance business efficiency.
- Support clients in producing essential documentation, including technical sections of business requirement workbooks.
- Maintain up-to-date expertise and certifications in CSM, FSM, or industry-specific solutions such as Telecommunications, Financial Services, Healthcare, and Life Sciences.
- Coordinate closely with team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.
- Assist cross-domain teams with integration requirements to ensure seamless system interoperability.
