Responsibilities
- Deliver initial remote and occasional on-site technical support for turbine-related issues, ensuring alignment with commissioning timelines for turbine controllers, and escalate as needed to specialized teams.
- Generate and oversee technical cases, work orders, and Non-Conformities related to updates in instructions, tools, troubleshooting documentation, or customer inquiries, following project and quality protocols.
- Assist in preparing work orders by setting priorities and supporting procurement teams with tool and spare parts lists to ensure efficient daily planning and execution.
- Conduct daily coordination calls with offshore crews to plan upcoming activities and enhance operational efficiency.
- Partner with engineering and technical groups to create advanced troubleshooting resources that increase field team autonomy and improve productivity.
- Lead enhancements in controller, HMI, and SCADA systems impacting technician workflows and site-specific scenarios such as grid failures.
- Advance process optimization through digital tools, data analysis, and adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards.
- Evaluate operational data to improve safety and quality, with emphasis on warning system analysis and refinement of alert strategies.
- Support service leadership in client meetings and initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery.
