ActioNet, Inc. is hiring a Service Desk IT Specialist | Req#4250

ActioNet is looking for a Service Desk IT Specialist to join our team supporting a Treasury environment. You will provide Tier I/II support, resolving incidents and requests to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to user requests via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Provide troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Perform account administration tasks including creation, modification, and resets.
  • Document incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-tier support.
  • Support remote and on-site troubleshooting efforts.

What We're Looking For

  • Active Secret clearance (T-3).
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in IT.
  • 5+ years of IT helpdesk experience.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification.
  • Experience with Active Directory account management.
  • Knowledge of ITIL Service Desk best practices.
