Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies specifically tailored for real estate websites and market dynamics
- Create and optimize content focused on real estate topics, local markets, and buyer/seller journeys
- Conduct keyword research targeting real estate-specific terms, local market searches, and property types
- Optimize property listings and real estate pages for maximum search visibility
- Implement local SEO strategies to capture geo-targeted real estate searches
- Perform technical SEO audits and optimize site structure for real estate platforms
- Monitor and analyze organic performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
- Collaborate with real estate professionals to understand market trends and content opportunities
- Stay current with real estate industry trends and search behavior patterns
Requirements
- Real estate industry experience is required—you understand the unique SEO challenges and opportunities in property marketing
- Proven SEO expertise with a track record of driving organic traffic and lead generation
- Strong content strategy skills with ability to create compelling real estate-focused content
- Local SEO experience and understanding of geo-targeted search optimization
- Analytical mindset with experience using SEO tools and performance tracking
- Understanding of real estate buyer behavior and property search patterns
- Excellent written English for creating high-quality, engaging content

- Responsive during EST business hours while maintaining flexible schedule
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills
Compensation
Paid in USD every 15th & 30th of the month
