Requirements
- 3+ years of significant experience in PHP WordPress Plugin Development, with a deep understanding of the WordPress ecosystem, best practices, and API.
- Proven experience in code review or peer review, with a strong ability to provide constructive feedback and enforce coding standards.
- Demonstrated ability in mentoring and offering technical guidance to less experienced developers.
- Expert-level proficiency in PHP, with experience in developing complex, object-oriented applications.
- Strong command of JavaScript & jQuery, essential for our front-end interfaces.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL), including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git/GitHub/GitLab.
Nice to Have
- Extensive experience with server environments and hosting configurations (e.g., Apache, Nginx, cloud platforms) is a huge plus and highly valued.
- Experience with optimizing plugin performance and prefetching data is highly desirable.
