  • Develop data-driven designs that enhance value for internal users and the organization, informed by direct user feedback.
  • Lead user engagement efforts, conducting rapid validation methods like usability tests and feedback sessions to enable fast, confident iterations.
  • Design and refine complex workflows and system interactions, emphasizing clarity, efficiency, and reliability in data-intensive, role-specific environments.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure high-fidelity implementation, discussing feasibility, system boundaries, and maintainable solutions.
  • Mentor fellow designers to improve the overall quality, consistency, and effectiveness of UX across internal products.
  • Promote structured problem-solving and practical decision-making, bringing clarity to uncertain situations and advancing scalable, logical design outcomes.
  • Help maintain and evolve the design system to support consistency and long-term product scalability.
  • Build reusable design components and patterns, enhance documentation, and refine workflows between design and development for faster, more reliable delivery and future automation potential.

Benefits

  • Part of a maturing scale-up transitioning from startup phase, combining refined systems with continued agility.
  • High level of ownership and accountability in driving company outcomes.
  • Professional growth supported by the 70/20/10 model: 70% learning by doing, 20% from peers, 10% through formal training, with investment in coaching and development.
  • Collaborative, mission-driven workplace with talented, supportive colleagues.
