Responsibilities
- Act as an integrated recruiting partner within early-stage startups in the venture portfolio
- Collaborate closely with founders and hiring leads to clarify hiring goals and role expectations
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions including software engineering, infrastructure, data, and security
- Identify and connect with passive technical candidates through innovative and focused sourcing techniques
- Develop diverse candidate pipelines and ensure a positive, consistent experience throughout the hiring journey
- Guide startup teams on effective hiring strategies, outreach methods, process optimization, and candidate conversion
Responsibilities
- Serve as an embedded recruiter for early-stage startups in the Costanoa portfolio
- Partner with founders and hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs and define role requirements
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (e.g. software engineers, infrastructure, data, security, etc.)
- Source and engage passive technical talent using creative, targeted methods
- Build inclusive pipelines and maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Advise startups on best practices for hiring strategy, outreach, process design, and closing candidates
