About the Role
The ideal candidate will oversee technical projects from inception to completion, coordinating between engineering, product, and design teams to deliver scalable systems on schedule and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution across technical domains
- Develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate resources across engineering, product, and operations teams
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines
- Identify and mitigate risks that could impact delivery
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure team adherence to processes
- Track and report on key performance metrics and project health
- Manage dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical implementation
- Support estimation and scoping activities for new projects
- Drive resolution of blockers and escalation of critical issues
- Promote collaboration between technical and non-technical teams
- Document project decisions, changes, and outcomes
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout the development lifecycle
- Work closely with product managers to refine backlogs
- Implement best practices in project management methodologies
- Optimize workflows to improve team efficiency
- Support change management during system transitions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery frameworks
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline
- Certification in project management such as PMP or CSM
- Experience in home services or consumer-facing technology sectors
- Familiarity with data analytics platforms
- Exposure to machine learning or AI-driven products
- Background in scaling engineering organizations
