Lead complex technical programs in telecommunications and networking, guiding distributed engineering teams from concept through delivery. You will be responsible for end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, technical requirements, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle development of EXOS-based solutions, coordinating hardware, software, test, and quality teams across global locations.
- Develop integrated project plans with defined scope, milestones, and resource needs, adapting as priorities evolve.
- Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, technical risks, and schedule constraints using proactive mitigation strategies.
- Communicate progress, roadblocks, and action plans clearly to stakeholders and leadership with transparency and precision.
- Establish performance metrics to track productivity and drive continuous improvement in development processes.
- Apply deep technical insight to evaluate designs, ensure compliance with specifications, and uphold best practices in scalable system development.
Qualifications
You bring a strong foundation in technical program management within engineering environments. A bachelor’s degree is required; a master’s is preferred. Six or more years of experience managing complex technical projects is essential.
- Proven understanding of hardware engineering principles including high-speed signal integrity, power design, multi-layer PCBs, and CPU subsystems.
- Experience with Ethernet switching technologies and hardware-software integration in networked systems.
- Familiarity with NPI processes and product lifecycle management, including collaboration with ODM/JDM partners.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office; advanced reporting skills with PowerBI are a plus.
- Strong command of English for technical documentation, conflict resolution, and executive communication.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead under pressure in fast-paced settings.
