Lead the technical direction of live game development by aligning production, engineering, and operations teams across time zones. This role is central to maintaining efficient workflows, supporting stable releases, and fostering a sustainable pace for developers working on evolving game systems.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with development leads and directors to shape project roadmaps and resolve resourcing challenges
- Facilitate Agile practices to improve planning, transparency, and delivery across technical teams
- Support incident triage and escalation processes to maintain service stability
- Refine dev and live operations pipelines to increase efficiency and reduce friction
- Coordinate with publishing partners to meet platform requirements and certification standards
- Work closely with executive leadership to align technical progress with business goals
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience with strong technical fluency
- Minimum of five years in production or project management within live-service game environments
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and cross-functional dependencies
- Deep familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and metric-driven process improvement
- Experience with release management and first-party platform certifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Adaptability across different production methodologies and team structures
- Passion for games and a commitment to developer empowerment
