Responsibilities
- Lead or take part in overseeing all deployed systems and infrastructure within systems operations
- Help improve system performance and reduce manual effort in operational tasks
- Evaluate and assess moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and management tools
- Collaborate with vendors and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Guide teams in delivering technical outcomes using strong knowledge of process controls and standards
- Partner with external and internal technical experts to maintain optimal system and infrastructure uptime
