What You’ll Do
- Develop and support core automation infrastructure to streamline how IT services are delivered and protected.
- Identify areas for improvement and lead the creation of automated workflows using proven software development practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to replace repetitive, manual tasks with scalable, policy-compliant solutions.
- Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex issues and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors when needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of four years in a technical operations or automation-focused role.
- Hands-on experience writing scripts in Python, Terraform, or Bash for system automation.
- Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Okta (including APIs and Orchestrator), and Google Workspace administration.
- Solid grasp of software development lifecycle best practices, including version control (GitHub), code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines.
