About the Role
This position is for a senior technical leader who will shape the AI product roadmap, lead system design, and mentor engineering talent while delivering robust, user-facing features in a browser-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design of scalable AI-integrated systems
- Drive technical direction for AI product initiatives
- Collaborate with research and product teams to ship machine learning features
- Mentor engineers across multiple levels
- Define engineering best practices for AI development
- Own critical components from concept to deployment
- Evaluate and integrate third-party AI models and APIs
- Improve reliability and performance of AI-powered features
- Guide roadmap decisions based on technical feasibility
- Ensure security and privacy in AI data handling
- Develop testing strategies for AI behavior consistency
- Champion code quality and maintainability
- Work closely with UX designers on interactive AI experiences
- Troubleshoot production issues in real-time systems
- Contribute to open-source tools when applicable
