Responsibilities
- Own the accuracy and quality of space data, acting as the primary contact for maintaining databases, drawings, and applications within client CAFM/IWMS environments and standardizing procedures for data updates
- Oversee data governance by tracking verified space and occupancy metrics in CAFM platforms, managing data integrations with other technologies, and enforcing enterprise-wide data standards
- Support financial chargeback operations by keeping CAFM systems compliant with organizational policies, generating chargeback reports, and ensuring financial data integrity for client invoicing
- Maintain digital repositories and drawing systems, ensure as-built modifications are reflected in technology platforms, and enforce controls over drawing validity and documentation
- Serve as the bridge between client teams and data operations, managing shared communication channels, resolving operational requests, and offering expert guidance on space data systems
- Collaborate to enhance data workflows by simplifying processes, improving efficiency, and producing, sharing, and updating essential reports for stakeholder evaluation
- Apply in-depth knowledge of data integration across platforms to assist in designing, maintaining, and optimizing interconnected technology ecosystems
