Responsibilities
- Work with Product Managers and stakeholders to define product vision and achieve tangible business outcomes
- Lead initiatives to automate and optimize processes, reducing manual effort and delivering measurable business results
- Analyze complex technical challenges and choose appropriate solutions
- Develop, build, and maintain secure, testable, and scalable code
- Enhance the performance and scalability of global systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical bugs and production issues to ensure platform reliability
- Guide and support teammates, and take the lead on technical projects
- Assist in recruiting by identifying and attracting top engineering talent
