Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, coding, and deployment of reliable software systems, producing clear design documents for multiple engineering teams.
- Guide and support less experienced developers by sharing expertise and promoting coding best practices.
- Perform regular code evaluations to ensure high standards of quality and uniformity across repositories.
- Partner with product, design, and QA teams to build resilient features for contact center platforms and associated tools.
- Diagnose and resolve intricate technical challenges efficiently and effectively.
- Produce and update detailed technical documentation to support long-term maintainability.
- Incorporate artificial intelligence and machine learning components, such as large language models and automation systems, to enhance product capabilities and team efficiency.
- Engage fully in agile workflows, including sprint planning, daily syncs, and post-sprint reviews.
