About the Role
Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend systems to support a high-performance platform used by global clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize user-facing features and server-side logic
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define technical requirements
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks in production
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency
- Support deployment pipelines and continuous integration workflows
- Monitor system health and respond to critical incidents
- Contribute to architectural decisions for scalable applications
- Implement security best practices across software components
- Work with data teams to ensure accurate reporting and analytics
- Refactor legacy systems to improve maintainability
- Document technical designs and system changes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and feedback
- Stay current with evolving web technologies and frameworks
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and platform regulations
Nice to Have
- Experience with React or similar UI libraries
- Background in real-time data processing systems
