Care Access is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the software that powers our mission-critical operations.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable full-stack applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Lead technical design discussions and mentor other engineers
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Proven track record of building and deploying full-stack web applications
- Strong proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies
- Experience with database design, API development, and modern architectural patterns
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
