Role Overview
You’ll be a key technical driver within one of our product domains, shaping systems that power personalized travel experiences at scale. Working alongside Product Managers, Designers, and Data teams, you'll take end-to-end ownership of software solutions—from architecture and coding to deployment and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-traffic applications with a focus on scalability, resilience, and clean API design
- Integrate AI-driven features thoughtfully, ensuring they deliver measurable value
- Solve complex technical challenges by delivering practical, iterative solutions
- Own system observability, incident response, and on-call support as part of a shared rotation
- Champion code quality, thorough testing, and comprehensive documentation
- Identify and address technical debt while balancing delivery speed and long-term maintainability
- Apply security principles throughout the development lifecycle
- Collaborate on architectural decisions, weighing trade-offs in performance, cost, and scalability
- Work with data and product partners to validate impact and guide technical direction
- Support team growth by contributing to code reviews, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices
