What You'll Do
- Design and implement robust, scalable web applications using JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Write clean, well-documented, and test-covered code that performs efficiently under real-world loads.
- Take full ownership of your work—from development through deployment and operations—as part of a shared on-call rotation.
- Integrate generative AI and real-time features to enhance live learning experiences.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and design to deliver intuitive, high-quality solutions.
- Continuously refine code and systems through iterative improvements and peer feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and an object-oriented language such as Java, C++, or C#.
- Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design principles.
- Track record of building and maintaining high-traffic websites.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered development tools like Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude Code, or similar.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and performance optimization.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- A mindset oriented toward continuous learning and technical excellence.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with backend technologies and deployment pipelines such as GitHub Actions or AWS CodeDeploy.
- Familiarity with AWS services including Lambda, EC2, and RDS.
- Comfort working in Linux environments using command-line tools.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
