As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll lead the design and implementation of critical services, ensuring performance, security, and reliability across distributed environments.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and maintain cloud-native services on AWS that support core platform functions including availability, pricing, and guest interactions
- Design and evolve clean, well-documented APIs that integrate internal systems and third-party partners
- Build event-driven automation to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
- Operate and refine real-time systems that handle booking synchronization, AI-driven alerts, and live dashboards
- Collaborate with product, data, and operations teams to translate complex needs into simple, scalable solutions
- Take full ownership of features from concept through deployment and beyond
- Stay deeply involved in production code, driving both innovation and stability
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience developing and maintaining production systems using Node.js, React, and AWS
- Strong grasp of distributed systems and API-first architecture
- History of delivering clean, maintainable, and scalable code in fast-moving environments
- Ability to lead technical direction and make sound architectural decisions
- Focus on execution — delivering working solutions, iterating based on feedback, and continuously improving systems

- Experience with Python and FastAPI, particularly in automation or data processing services
