This position plays a central role in shaping technical direction, working across the full software development lifecycle—from concept to deployment—with a focus on clean architecture and maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade automation solutions, ensuring alignment with security, governance, and scalability standards
- Work directly with product owners, scrum teams, and engineers to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality software
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges, identifying root causes and implementing long-term fixes
- Develop detailed system documentation and conduct technical reviews with stakeholders across regions
- Promote best practices in application lifecycle management, data protection, and service-oriented design
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or have equivalent professional experience. A minimum of five years in application development is required, with hands-on work in Java or similar languages.
Essential skills include proficiency with low-code platforms like Appian or Power Platform, strong command of JavaScript, database systems, object-oriented design, and experience integrating systems via web APIs and SOA principles.
Preferred candidates will have additional experience with Python, C#, or front-end technologies, familiarity with Agile and Scrum frameworks, and background in financial services or capital markets software development.
