Responsibilities
- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Coach teams on agile principles and scrum frameworks
- Identify and eliminate obstacles that impact team productivity
- Facilitate communication between development teams and stakeholders
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Track and report sprint progress and team velocity
- Support the adoption of agile metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with product owners to refine backlogs
- Ensure adherence to agile ceremonies and timelines
- Mentor team members on self-organization and accountability
- Coordinate across multiple scrum teams for alignment
- Drive resolution of cross-functional dependencies
- Encourage transparency in team workflows
- Assist in scaling agile practices across departments
- Foster psychological safety within teams
- Evaluate team health and suggest improvements
- Manage risks related to sprint delivery
- Support agile transformation initiatives
- Champion agile values and servant leadership
- Optimize team performance through feedback loops
