RWA.xyz is hiring a Senior Research Analyst to become the authoritative voice in tokenized markets. Your research and analysis will shape how institutions understand this emerging asset class, transforming unique datasets into narratives that drive discovery and become required reading.
What You'll Do
- Publish industry-defining research, including monthly market reports, asset class deep dives, and data-driven analysis that becomes the canonical reference.
- Build relationships with journalists at Bloomberg, Reuters, and FT; proactively pitch data stories and serve as an expert source.
- Scale content through data journalism by working with engineering to launch programmatic SEO pages for thousands of assets.
- Amplify viral loops by creating embeddable visualizations, quotable insights, and screenshot-worthy charts that travel across social platforms and reports.
- Build sustainable content engines by developing repeatable analysis frameworks, deep-dive templates, and editorial calendars aligned with data releases.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years creating content for financial or crypto audiences, preferably at a data vendor, fintech, or financial media company.
- Deep understanding of capital markets and ability to write authoritatively about bonds, credit, funds, and tokenization.
- Track record of content driving measurable impact (traffic, citations, backlinks) with examples of work that shaped industry conversations.
- Experience with data visualization and working with APIs to tell stories within datasets.
- Media relationships or demonstrated ability to earn coverage in tier-1 publications.
- Exceptional writing that makes complex topics accessible without sacrificing sophistication.
- Startup velocity—you ship daily, not monthly, and balance quality with speed.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary range: $130k–170k
- Equity: 0.25%–0.75%
