This position is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for offshore roles, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and improving time-to-hire through strategic sourcing and candidate engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for offshore positions across multiple regions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against role criteria
- Partner with HR and leadership on hiring decisions
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices
- Monitor key recruitment metrics and report on performance
- Enhance employer branding in target regions
- Participate in recruitment process improvements
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations
- Support onboarding coordination for new hires
- Provide market insights to hiring teams
