Lead Talent Acquisition for Key Customer-Facing Teams
As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end hiring for critical roles within U.S. Customer Operations, including Customer Experience, Support, and field-based functions. You’ll collaborate directly with business leaders to define hiring needs, refine candidate profiles, and ensure alignment on performance expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for complex, high-impact positions with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate engagement
- Use recruiting metrics and funnel analysis to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring effectiveness
- Provide market intelligence and data-backed insights to guide hiring decisions
- Work cross-functionally with HR, Compensation, and Operations teams to ensure seamless candidate progression
- Design and lead initiatives to scale hiring processes, including class-based recruitment and workflow optimization
- Coach and support early-career recruiters, promoting best practices and team development
- Continuously evaluate sourcing strategies and tools to enhance efficiency and reach
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on high-volume or operational roles
- Proven success managing end-to-end hiring for complex positions
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to influence talent strategy
- Ability to work independently in fast-moving environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology
- Must be located in Mexico and able to work remotely
Preferred Background
- Experience recruiting for U.S.-based teams or working with American stakeholders
- History of mentoring or guiding other recruiters
