What You’ll Do
- Design, write, and maintain automated test scripts, focusing on backend and frontend validation
- Conduct manual integration and functional testing to support release cycles
- Validate marketing landing pages with dynamic, rule-based logic
- Test multi-channel communication flows including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messages
- Verify web applications within integration projects, ensuring compatibility and performance
- Create and update test plans based on technical and functional specifications
- Collaborate on service integrations and verify API behavior using HTTP tools
- Log, track, and analyze defects using structured workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in Java or a similar programming language (willingness to transition if needed)
- Familiarity with web application architecture and testing methodologies
- Hands-on experience testing both frontend and backend components
- Working knowledge of HTTP methods, status codes, and debugging tools like Postman, curl, Fiddler, or Charles
- Ability to investigate system behavior using log analysis platforms such as Kibana or Graylog
- Practical SQL skills for querying and validating data in databases
- Experience with Jira and Confluence for issue and knowledge tracking
- Experience maintaining test documentation and using test management tools like TestRail or TestIT
