Responsibilities
- Architect and develop foundational platform systems prioritizing stability, performance at scale, and safe operations.
- Create and manage cloud-based infrastructure covering networking, computing resources, and service coordination.
- Manage end-to-end deployment pipelines, including initialization routines, release methodologies, and recovery protocols for live systems.
- Set and uphold standards for system observability, including monitoring, alerts, log management, and incident handling.
- Build and implement safeguards to minimize operational risks from misuse, configuration errors, or abnormal traffic patterns.
- Define and monitor service level indicators, objectives, and key performance metrics for system availability, response times, and overall platform health.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to accelerate coding and enhance operational understanding.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, operational runbooks, and documented failure modes.
