About the Role

This position leads the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring they meet defined objectives, timelines, and performance metrics while coordinating across multiple stakeholders and departments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program lifecycle from initiation through closure
  • Develop detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource needs
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
  • Monitor program progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all program phases
  • Identify and manage program-level risks and dependencies
  • Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and confirm expectations
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and provide updates to leadership
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory standards
  • Apply project management methodologies to improve efficiency and outcomes
  • Track budgets and report on financial performance
  • Support change management processes across impacted teams
  • Develop and maintain dashboards for performance tracking
  • Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Serve as primary point of contact for program-related inquiries
