About the Role
This position leads the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring they meet defined objectives, timelines, and performance metrics while coordinating across multiple stakeholders and departments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program lifecycle from initiation through closure
- Develop detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource needs
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
- Monitor program progress and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all program phases
- Identify and manage program-level risks and dependencies
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and confirm expectations
- Facilitate regular status meetings and provide updates to leadership
- Ensure compliance with internal governance and external regulatory standards
- Apply project management methodologies to improve efficiency and outcomes
- Track budgets and report on financial performance
- Support change management processes across impacted teams
- Develop and maintain dashboards for performance tracking
- Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Serve as primary point of contact for program-related inquiries
