Responsibilities
- Define the strategic direction and create a product roadmap for the restaurant partner platform.
- Use data and research insights to communicate a persuasive narrative around product vision and priorities.
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs and advocate strongly on their behalf.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, research, data analysis, and product peers to scope, prioritize, and deliver product enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and implement improvements that maintain competitive advantage and elevate user experience.
- Establish key performance indicators and track metrics that define product success.
- Travel to Boston every quarter for strategic planning and business performance reviews.
- Collaborate in a dynamic team environment to build meaningful, high-impact software solutions.
