- Champion user experience across transactional interfaces
- Oversee integration of third-party financial services
- Coordinate with legal and risk teams on policy implications
- Mentor junior product team members
- Evaluate technical debt and advocate for platform improvements
- Support incident response for critical payment system issues
- Gather feedback from customers and support teams to refine offerings
