Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains a 12-month strategic vision for the product, fully integrated with corporate and e-commerce objectives.
- Converts long-term product goals into a prioritized roadmap for B2B Core and eCommerce integration, balancing customer needs, revenue potential, technical constraints, security, and operational efficiency.
- Leads the complete lifecycle of B2B channel features, from initial concept through launch, iteration, and performance optimization, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Ensures the product roadmap evolves in response to emerging market trends that enable B2B expansion, such as data sharing, AI-driven automation, and modern integration protocols.
- Acts as the primary advocate for B2B customers, bringing their needs and behaviors into product planning and prioritization discussions.
- Collaborates with and influences teams across IT, Commercial, Merchandising, Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Customer Experience to ensure global alignment and adoption of B2B initiatives.
- Analyzes customer experience data to generate insights that inform roadmap decisions and uncover opportunities for market differentiation.
- Defines product OKRs and key metrics, including both business and technical performance indicators, and establishes tracking systems to monitor product health and impact.
- Creates foundational dashboards and utilizes existing analytics tools to evaluate success; collaborates with data science to define advanced measurement requirements.
- Maintains deep knowledge of customer personas and segments, and develops product briefs that clearly articulate objectives, timelines, scope, and expected value.
- Guides product discovery and design efforts with engineering and CX teams, using data, user research, and market trends to deliver significant customer and business outcomes.
- Manages the team's sprint backlog and works with IT, Commercial, Engineering, UX, and data teams to maintain a balanced product roadmap that includes business priorities, usability improvements, and technical enhancements.
- Writes epic-level requirements and, when needed, detailed user stories with acceptance criteria; oversees delivery, identifies risks early, and implements corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product leadership roles focused on eCommerce or digital products.
- Proven background operating in large, complex enterprise organizations.
- Track record of delivering measurable business growth through product initiatives.
- Strong leadership capabilities and effective problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
- Skilled in data analysis and visualization, with a data-driven decision-making approach.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups to share knowledge and align objectives.
- Confident presenting intricate topics to senior executives.
- Direct experience managing complex eCommerce domains such as pricing, promotions, catalog, cart, or checkout systems.
- Knowledge of B2B eCommerce models, including punchout capabilities and associated integration ecosystems.
