Prematch is looking for a Senior Product Engineer in Canada to take ownership of large portions of our products and projects from concept to completion. You will operate with significant autonomy, wearing hats traditionally held by product and design functions to shape the user experience.
What You'll Do
- Ship features end-to-end at a high pace.
- Take ownership over a large portion of one of our products and own projects end-to-end.
- Research competitors, write product specs, make wireframes, and more.
- Set up reusable building blocks across the stack.
- Advocate for the time and space to do your best work.
- Vet decisions with appropriate stakeholders and keep them updated.
- Work with other engineers to get projects across the finish line.
- Automate or abstract tedious, time-consuming work to create leverage.

Team & Environment
The engineering team is on track to double this year, with more than 90% of the team being Senior or above. You'll work within a team with minimal process where engineers run their own projects.
