About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for features that enable membership monetization
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define problem spaces
- Conduct user research to uncover pain points in earning and subscribing
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces
- Advocate for creators and supporters throughout the design process
- Translate business objectives into usable, accessible product experiences
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on design solutions
- Maintain consistency with design system standards
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional partners
- Identify opportunities to improve monetization workflows
- Balance user needs with platform sustainability
- Support A/B testing and data-informed design decisions
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team practices
- Work across discovery, definition, and delivery phases
- Ensure accessibility and internationalization in design outputs
- Drive alignment across design, engineering, and product leadership
- Define success metrics for design initiatives
- Refine onboarding flows for new monetization tools
