About the Role
This role involves shaping digital products through user-centered design, working closely with product and engineering teams to deliver seamless experiences across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design processes from concept to launch
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the development cycle
- Advocate for user needs in product discussions
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing
- Maintain and evolve the design system
- Ensure consistency across platforms and touchpoints
- Translate complex problems into simple, intuitive interfaces
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and leadership
- Gather and synthesize user feedback
- Support accessibility and inclusive design practices
- Work within agile development timelines
- Balance business goals with user experience
- Drive design innovation while maintaining brand alignment
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to team growth
- Participate in user testing sessions
- Analyze competitor products for design insights
- Document design rationale and decisions
- Integrate data-driven insights into design improvements
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in design or related discipline
