As a Senior Product Designer in the Reviews group, you'll play a key role in shaping the way travelers interact with review data to make informed decisions. Your work will directly influence how customers discover and engage with experiences across digital platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Design and refine digital experiences across web and mobile, focusing on clarity, usability, and customer value.
- Use both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to guide design decisions and validate concepts.
- Partner with UX researchers to plan studies, interpret findings, and apply insights to improve interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with Content Design to ensure information is structured and communicated effectively.
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs and advocate for them throughout the product lifecycle.
- Mentor fellow designers by providing thoughtful feedback and supporting growth in design practice.
- Work alongside Product Managers and Engineers to align on goals, clarify requirements, and communicate design intent clearly.
What We’re Looking For
- At least six years of experience leading end-to-end design projects in digital environments, from concept through launch.
- A strong focus on solving user problems, not just creating outputs, with experience using A/B testing and user feedback to validate ideas.
- Proven ability to lead complex design initiatives and deliver polished, functional interfaces.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset when working with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in visual design principles, including layout, branding, and component design.
- Experience prototyping interactions, from simple mockups to interactive flows.
- Ability to clearly present concepts, explain design decisions, and help shape product vision.
- Comfort working independently and taking initiative in a fast-moving environment.
- Understanding of how design influences business outcomes and key performance metrics.
Preferred Experience
- Background in designing for consumer-facing platforms, especially in e-commerce, travel, or mobile applications.
Work Environment
This role follows a hybrid model with core collaboration days in office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) at one of the designated locations. You’ll also have the flexibility to work remotely for up to 30 days per year anywhere in the world. Two days per week can be used for focused remote work.
