As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a central role in crafting seamless digital experiences used by tens of millions each month. Working hand-in-hand with product, engineering, and research teams, you'll translate complex challenges into intuitive, polished solutions across web and native platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end design efforts—from ideation to execution—on high-impact product initiatives
- Communicate design vision clearly to non-design stakeholders, grounding decisions in user needs and business goals
- Run collaborative sessions such as design sprints and workshops to align teams and accelerate problem solving
- Champion the user’s perspective while balancing feasibility and strategic direction
- Contribute to the growth and consistency of the design system by developing components, refining patterns, and ensuring proper implementation
- Provide and receive constructive feedback with empathy and clarity to elevate team output
- Model a collaborative mindset, prioritizing team success over individual recognition
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 8 years of professional design experience, including at least 3 years in product environments
- Proven ability to lead complex projects independently and influence cross-disciplinary teams
- A portfolio demonstrating depth in user research, interaction design, prototyping, and shipped digital products
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and articulate design thinking
- Commitment to design thinking and user-centered methodologies
- Openness to feedback and a willingness to adapt ideas based on collaboration and data
- Demonstrated leadership in maintaining and advancing design quality at scale
Work Environment
