Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of HR compliance frameworks

- Collaborate with payroll and benefits teams on regulatory reporting
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts through compliant practices

- Oversee adherence to anti-discrimination and harassment policies
- Assist in managing responses to government agency filings
