Responsibilities
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends in hiring, retention, and performance
- Develop and maintain dashboards that track key HR metrics
- Partner with HR leaders to interpret data and guide strategic planning
- Translate complex datasets into clear, business-friendly reports
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives with data analysis
- Design surveys and analyze employee engagement results
- Use statistical methods to forecast workforce needs
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems
- Collaborate with IT to integrate HR data sources
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes
- Benchmark organizational metrics against industry standards
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses for leadership and departmental requests
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations
- Present findings to stakeholders at various levels
- Improve data literacy within the HR team
- Standardize metrics and definitions across departments
- Evaluate the impact of HR programs and policies
- Support organizational change initiatives with data insights
