Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and resolve issues within the network infrastructure as part of second-level support.
- Ensure uninterrupted operations in compliance with critical infrastructure (KRITIS) standards.
- Process and resolve tickets related to incidents, changes, and problems in the network environment.
- Enhance the stability and protection of network services through ongoing improvements.
- Work together with clients, suppliers, and internal departments during project rollouts.
- Assist with integrating new team members, delivering training, and maintaining technical documentation for emerging technologies.
