Key Responsibilities:
Daily Execution
- Generate 1 daily social media update across Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter.
- Create 1 premium content piece daily (blog, article, link-building material, media relations).
- Execute routine on-page SEO evaluations, content assessments, and optimization processes.
Marketing Operations & Strategy
- Command complete marketing workflow — comprehensive strategy and implementation without constant oversight.
- Direct organic expansion, including search optimization, link acquisition, and technical assessments.
- Navigate website development trajectory (ASTRO + decoupled WordPress).
- Direct graphic design and web development team, maintaining superior visual standards.
- Interface with email campaigns, digital advertising, revenue operations, and analytics teams.
- Enhance and sustain quarterly documentation, focusing on data precision, visual communication, and presentations.
- Validate performance dashboards for organic, sponsored, content, and referral metrics.
- Implement emergency communication marketing strategies.
Project Management
- Administer all marketing initiatives through Asana (or alternative project management platform).
- Maintain dynamic, transparent marketing workflow.
- Conduct weekly marketing alignment meetings and coordinate interdepartmental synchronization.
