About the Role
This role leads the development and execution of marketing analytics strategies focused on credit card affiliate channels. The individual will analyze performance data, build measurement frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Responsibilities

- Identify trends in customer behavior related to credit card sign-ups
- Assess ROI and customer lifetime value across affiliate channels
- Partner with data engineering to ensure data quality and pipeline reliability
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to validate marketing hypotheses
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Maintain documentation for analytical processes and data sources
- Support budget planning with data-backed forecasts and projections
- Monitor industry trends in affiliate marketing and digital attribution
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team capability building
- Optimize tracking infrastructure for digital marketing campaigns
- Integrate first-party and third-party data for comprehensive analysis
- Evaluate partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with product teams to align marketing goals with user experience
- Drive automation of recurring analytical tasks and reports
- Use SQL and Python or R for data extraction and analysis
