About the Role

Lead the development and execution of advanced marketing analytics to inform strategy, improve campaign performance, and scale growth using AI and machine learning techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement measurement frameworks for digital marketing initiatives
  • Analyze customer behavior patterns to identify high-value acquisition channels
  • Build predictive models to forecast campaign performance and customer lifetime value
  • Collaborate with data science teams to integrate AI into marketing workflows
  • Translate complex data findings into strategic recommendations for marketing leadership
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators across acquisition and retention
  • Optimize marketing spend through data-driven budget allocation
  • Develop dashboards and automated reporting tools for marketing teams
  • Evaluate A/B test results to guide creative and targeting decisions
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across marketing technology platforms
  • Partner with engineering to enhance data pipelines for analytics use cases
  • Drive segmentation strategies based on behavioral and demographic insights
  • Assess ROI of marketing programs across channels and customer segments
  • Lead analytics projects from scoping to delivery with cross-functional teams
  • Stay current with advancements in AI applications for marketing analytics

Nice to Have

  • Master’s degree in data science, analytics, or related field
  • Experience working with generative AI in marketing applications
  • Prior work in B2B or enterprise SaaS environments
  • Knowledge of natural language processing for customer insight extraction
