About the Role

This role leads the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions within workforce management, focusing on predictive modeling, automation, and strategic insight generation to support enterprise-wide operational improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the creation and deployment of advanced statistical and machine learning models to enhance workforce planning.
  • Translate complex business problems into analytical frameworks that drive measurable improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into operational workflows.
  • Develop scalable reporting and dashboarding tools for ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Lead root cause analysis efforts to identify inefficiencies in workforce operations.

  • Ensure analytical solutions align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Mentor and develop team members in data science and analytics best practices.
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Champion data quality initiatives and promote consistent data governance.

  • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual processes in reporting and analysis.
  • Support change management by communicating technical results to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Evaluate new data sources for potential integration into existing models.
