- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and cybersecurity frameworks
- Oversee integration of identity systems with cloud and on-prem applications
- Lead change management initiatives related to identity workflows
- Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance identity verification processes
- Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance efforts
- Foster innovation through user research and feedback analysis
- Manage vendor relationships for identity-related tools and platforms
- Coordinate incident response and resolution for identity service disruptions
- Develop metrics dashboards for identity system usage and performance
- Champion identity best practices across IT and business teams
- Optimize user lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding
- Ensure seamless single sign-on and multi-factor authentication experiences
- Lead user acceptance testing and validation for new features
- Drive continuous improvement through post-implementation reviews
- Balance strategic objectives with operational demands
- Escalate risks and dependencies to senior leadership as needed
- Maintain documentation for processes, policies, and system configurations
