About the Role

Responsibilities

- Partner with data engineering and science teams to enhance data infrastructure
- Lead strategic projects that influence product development and customer experience
- Identify opportunities for process improvements using quantitative analysis
- Establish data governance standards for business analytics outputs
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executives and cross-functional teams
- Monitor market and competitive trends through data analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
- Evaluate business performance against goals and identify root causes of variances
- Design experiments and measure impact of business initiatives
- Improve data literacy across the organization through training and documentation
- Align analytics roadmaps with company-wide strategic objectives
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies
