Responsibilities
- Design and implement agentic workflows that integrate large language models, reasoning modules, and data processing pipelines to build adaptive, goal-oriented conversational systems
- Lead end-to-end development of advanced machine learning and natural language processing products, from concept through training, evaluation, optimization, and deployment
- Explore and test novel methods in agentic reasoning, system coordination, and autonomous agent architecture
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to embed intelligent agents into practical recruiting processes
- Influence technical direction, support junior engineers, and help establish standards for scalable and maintainable machine learning infrastructure
- Help advance the NLP and conversational intelligence platform with a focus on system reliability, personalized interactions, and measurable user outcomes
- Identify and act on opportunities to enhance, automate, and innovate within chat-based environments
