Role Overview
We’re building a next-generation digital signage platform that runs efficiently on low-power hardware. As a Senior Laravel/Vue.js Developer, you’ll play a central role in shaping both backend and frontend systems, ensuring robustness, speed, and seamless integration across complex ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable PHP services using Laravel, focusing on clean, testable, and reusable code.
- Develop responsive and performant user interfaces with Vue.js, optimized for embedded environments with limited resources.
- Integrate and maintain connections with third-party platforms such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange.
- Lead architectural decisions that support long-term scalability, security, and system performance.
- Enforce code quality through testing, peer reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Guide junior engineers and contribute to improving internal development workflows and documentation standards.
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of professional experience with Laravel and Vue.js, demonstrating deep understanding of each framework’s ecosystem.
- Strong database skills in MySQL and Redis, including schema design and performance tuning.
- Proven track record building and consuming RESTful APIs, with experience in Google or Microsoft integrations a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and cloud deployment—Google Cloud Platform experience is beneficial.
- Some exposure to Electron, Android, or Chrome extensions is considered an asset.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid role with team locations in Bordeaux, Paris, and Austin. You’ll have the flexibility to work remotely three days per week, combining autonomy with in-person collaboration. We host two annual gatherings to connect the full team across regions.
