Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior-level technical leader in integration engineering, guiding complex automation and integration projects.
- Design scalable IT system architectures and clearly communicate technical decisions through documentation and collaboration.
- Shape technical direction within the team and influence stakeholders across IT functions such as security, HR technology, and workplace operations.
- Develop and manage advanced automation across internal SaaS platforms including identity and workforce tools.
- Build and maintain custom tools that improve system performance, reduce manual work, and support security and compliance requirements.
- Design, implement, and manage integrations using platforms like Workato with an emphasis on reliability, monitoring, and scalability.
- Take full ownership of critical projects from initial design and prototyping through deployment and operational transition.
- Lead post-incident reviews and conduct root cause analysis for internal IT service disruptions.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure internal tools align with business needs and organizational growth.
- Identify inefficiencies in existing systems and lead initiatives to optimize internal processes.
- Support team development through code and design reviews, knowledge sharing, and thorough technical documentation.
- Promote and implement engineering best practices across the IT engineering team.
